Iredell Ready was established in 2022 in partnership with industry, academia, government, and the nonprofit community to identify, align, and enhance strategic priorities across the workforce development pipeline from early childhood education to retirement.
What We Do
Iredell Ready is an initiative designed to help students and residents, K-12 through retirement, identify the opportunities to pursue their individual career pathways and gainful employment with industry. We accomplish this in partnership with industry, education, and local government resulting in a skilled workforce to support the recruitment, retention, and pipeline development efforts across our county.
