Upon arrival, check in at the Volunteer Registration Table where you will be assigned your tasks.
The Food Prep volunteers will proceed to the MHS cafeteria after check-in. This group of 15 will be divided into teams of 3 people to perform these tasks:
- Pan up the macaroni & cheese & load food carts
- Pan up baked beans & load food carts
- Pan up BBQ & load food carts
- Tray the cookies and rolls
- Portion the salads & load food carts
Other duties as needed.
Please wear comfortable clothes and shoes. Gloves will be provided. We will make sure you are able to eat a meal during your shift. You do not need to register as a guest; signing up to volunteer guarantees you a ticket.
