Best Practices- An evidenced-based problem-solving approach to students' success that includes assessment, analysis, planning, implementation and evaluation, with emphasis on the student's individuality, with consideration for cultural, societal and environmental influences. Professional Behaviors- Staff adheres to standards of professional practices; is accountable for her/his own actions and behaviors; and teaches within legal, ethical and regulatory framework. Teaching/Learning- Facilitation of the acquisition of knowledge, skills and attitudes promoting a change in behavior.
