Who We Are
AARP Tax-Aide is a national volunteer-led program sponsored by the AARP Foundation in coordination with the IRS. We operate over 3,600 sites across the country annually.
What We Do
We provide free in-person federal and state income tax preparation and e-filing. Our service is designed for low-moderate income seniors, but we serve anyone who needs us (taxpayers are NOT required to be AARP members or seniors). The Mooresville site completes over 1,200 tax returns a year.
