Troutman Parks and Recreation creates community through people, parks, and programs. We strive to provide high-quality and responsive service to our residents. Our goal is to offer activities, classes, events, and programs that promote the physical, social, and mental well-being of residents of all ages.

Troutman's Parks and Recreation department reflects what our community values: parks, trails, wellness, athletics, restoration, natural spaces, miles of greenways, family programming, and various festivals that promote community pride and spirit. The Town's greenways offer easily navigable and integrated connections between neighborhoods, community destinations, and town parks. The recreational facilities are welcoming and have been thoughtfully designed to be accessible and offer unique experiences for all ages, abilities, and interests. 

While our community continues to grow, Troutman Parks and Recreation is strategic in its efforts to respond to the needs and desires of citizens, enhancing the quality of life in our town while keeping facilities clean, safe, and well-maintained for both current and future residents.
