TaxAide Client Facilitators work directly with clients to get them ready to have their tax returns prepared. Client Facilitators greet clients and review their tax documents to ensure that required documents are available and organized and the clients are eligible for the tax preparation service.
Client Facilitators need to be able to volunteer 2 days a week (Tuesday, Thursday and/or Friday) during tax season (February 1 - April 15). Minimal training is required. Client Facilitators should enjoy working with people, be tactful and courteous under stress and adapt well to change. Tax experience is NOT required.
