Responsibilities: As a volunteer facilitator, you’ll play a key role in bringing life-saving, evidence-based mental health and suicide prevention trainings to the community. Facilitators help deliver programs such as the Community Resiliency Model® (CRM), Mental Health First Aid, or QPR (Question, Persuade, Refer). You’ll work with the Be Well Iredell team to schedule trainings, lead or co-lead sessions, and engage participants in learning practical, skills-based tools to support their own well-being and that of others.
Ideal for: Individuals with strong communication skills, lived experience, or a background in education, mental health, public health, or community outreach. Training and materials are provided.
Time Commitment: Flexible, based on your availability and community training needs. Opportunities available throughout the year.
