Upon arrival, check in at the Volunteer Registration Table where you will be assigned your tasks.
Volunteers for Event Setup will help put out parking signs, put materials at the dining and guest registration tables, and prepare the event space for guests. You will also move beverages and ice bins from the refrigerated truck to the cooler stations near the dining tables. You will take trash cans to their designated locations. You will be expected to do some lifting.
Please wear comfortable clothes and shoes. We hope you will join us for the program and meal at 1:00 PM. You do not need to register as a guest; signing up to volunteer guarantees you a ticket.
