Event Cleanup- The Longest Table: Statesville

Volunteers assisting with Event Cleanup will collect trash, remove materials from the dining tables, and take down signs. You will take the drink coolers and any leftover drinks back to the kitchen. Once trash bins are full, you will move them to the designated pickup area. You will not be responsible for breaking down tables and chairs; the event supply company will do that.

Please wear comfortable clothes and shoes. Gloves will be provided. We hope you will join us for the program and meal at 5:30 PM. You do not need to register as a guest; signing up to volunteer guarantees you a ticket.
