Are you experienced in construction or would like to learn more in depth? Weekday crew members meet on Wednesdays and/or Thursday as their regular volunteer day. Tasks are assigned each Tuesday by Habitat staff.
Training Needed: Volunteer orientation, plus on-site training
Time Commitment: 3-6 months at least twice per month
No experience necessary! Our professional staff and AmeriCorps members teach and show everything on-site. Tasks can range from painting, to trim, to drywall!
Construction volunteers do not perform any subcontracted work such as plumbing or electrical fixes.
